Imagination Library Update and Program Contact Information

I am excited to report that our launch of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library in Pueblo County has been a huge success! During the past five days we have already enrolled over 900 children between the ages of 0-5 in the program!

It is with a deep sadness that I am sharing with you that Dr. Philip Mancha passed away earlier this month of natural causes in his Pueblo home. Dr. Mancha served as a dedicated PCCLD Trustee 2005-2022. His family opted for no public services. The Board of Trustees remembered Dr.
