Hoopla's been adding some great streaming music, including the latest from Maroon 5, a band that "been sneaking into ear canals and embedding seemingly irremovable songs in four minutes flat for more than a decade" according to Billboard.com.

Responses to this question from the recent Customer Service Survey demonstrate some of the many ways in which we are getting service right! Here is a sample:

I am pleased to announce that the new library currently under construction on the St. Charles Mesa (24655 US Hwy 50E, Pueblo, CO 81006) has been officially named the Tom L. and Anna Marie Giodone Library by action of the PCCLD Board of Trustees at their regular meeting last evening.

At your next staff meeting your manager will be going over the new fine waiving guidelines for staff and managers.

As you may recall, PCCLD permanently closed a number of satellite libraries last spring.  Just recently we also closed the Risley, Rye and Craver Satellites in preparation for the opening of the new libraries.

This patron has been reinstated. The patron has served the suspension term plus additional time without any further verifiable documentation, incidents, or occurrences. Patron was eligible for reinstatement on 08/15/2015.
