Have you recently walked past Outreach and wondered if we are redecorating the office?!! The new furniture you may have noticed includes items that we will be purchasing for the new libraries.
Happy Tuesday! Time for your Summer Reading Update!
Please keep your eye out for the person in the attached photo. He stole a bicycle from PW a couple of weeks ago, and I saw him riding 'his' bike near Rawlings on Monday the 23rd. If anyone is able to identify him, please let me know so I can pass that info on to the sheriff's office.
Thanks to feedback I received in the OZ training, and the help of the Circulation Task Force, we have a new Problem Item Form and process for handeling missmatch items.
All the branches should have bike locks, and a display sign. Please, let people bring their bike into the foyer to retrieve and return the locks. I've attached the instructions that I sent out in my previous email.
Thanks,
Kayci
Good morning - and a Happy Thursday to you all! This is a quick reminder about submitting mileage expenses. If your reimbursement is for less than $20, please submit your request to the petty cash administrator for your location and get the reimbursement in cash.
I've been asked to provide some updated information about Summer Reading Participation - including comparisons to last year (for registration incentive purposes), and program information. I'll utilize the portal for this every week.
