Did you know that customers can submit feedback through the online catalog? It comes by email to me. I get several comments or questions each week, and many of them are very positive about our staff and the services we provide.
I hope to continue to share these regularly. Here's what customers have been saying so far this month:

The Paris Wife by Paula McLain was PCCLD's most checked out fiction book for the month of October, more than doubling the number of checkouts for the previous number on positions.

Cleaning Schedule:

The Annual Pueblo United Way Fund Campaign will run from November 10 through December 1.  Materials and donation forms have been sent to each manager for distribution.  Find out how you can help those in need in our own community.

It takes a community to build a community library. Feedback from customers often helps shape the services we deliver and how we deliver them.

We continue to make progress in getting the new libraries ready to open to the public.

Some changes in how we schedule Sunday shifts are coming. You will now work directly with your supervisor to schedule one Sunday shift for each seven week period, with a total of seven seven-week periods in a year.
