The Profile Name field is used to designate customers as ResAdult, ResMinor, Unverified, etc. The status of ‘Special’ within the profile name field is currently being used for customers living in temporary housing such as hotels, shelters or foster care.
Technical Services has responded to customer complaints about pulling too much fiction. You'll soon start to see loads and loads of fiction coming your way, mostly paperback. That's because older titles aren't available in hardcover. We'll be more aware of this going forward.

I hope most of you have had an opportunity to meet Jeanette Cortez, our new Accounting Specialist. Jeanette has taken over the job responsibilities of Michelle Stitt, who resigned in August.
The Technical Services Department is seeking a temporary, part-time Mail Technician to work 20 hours per week from now through the end of January. The general hours for the job are from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday through Friday.
