We've done really good the past few years, even though we play some tough competitors.
It's a lot of fun, and we get pretty fierce.

Sometimes, when customers break one of our rules, we find it necessary to suspend them.  This is done by a supervisor or designated person in charge.  I am sharing this procedure with all of you, as it will be useful information for everyone.

Beginning tomorrow, special tablets for kids called Launchpads are will be available for checkout.  Eight differently themed Launchpads are available, and each has 10 pre-loaded learning apps designed for kids ages 3 to 7.

Last week at their work session, the Board of Trustees received a draft copy of the strategic plan. Following their initial feedback, revisions were made and are reflected in the attached document.

Patron has been reinstated. The patron has served the suspension term plus additional time. This reinstatement has occurred due to an inability to locate any further verifiable documentation or occurrences. Patron has been eligible for reinstatement since 07/11/2016.

Gabriel Bencomo was suspended for disruptive behaviour.

This morning I read a letter in The Pueblo Chieftain about positive interactions with staff at the Lucero Library. Congratulations to Diann and the entire Lucero team for the positive impact you are making and the services you are providing.
