Sometimes, when customers break one of our rules, we find it necessary to suspend them. This is done by a supervisor or designated person in charge. I am sharing this procedure with all of you, as it will be useful information for everyone. Also, it lists a few important sections in the Customer Service Guidelines (the police) which I strongly encourage you to review as you never know when that information will be useful to you.
