To issue a replacement card to a minor BOTH the minor AND the financially responsible adult must be present. The CARE/OF adult must provide photo ID, which is a great time to update all account contact information.

Here at the Library District – we have a great benefit – PERA – the Premier Public Retirement Plan! Very few organizations are able to offer Pension Plans in 2016, but the Library District does! As an employee of the Library District, we contribute 8% of our earnings and the Library District contributes to our account as well!
