Final Suspension

When it is determined an individual is suspended for a given amount of time.

This Patron has been suspended from all PCCLD locations This person is dangerous. If seen on Library property, do not approach, contact law enforcement immediately. Description of Patron: White male, 6'4", 170 lbs, brown hair, hazel eyes Case# 22PD18219 Suspended indefinitely

Larry Ritchie

This patron has been suspended from all library locations. There is a restraining order in place for all library locations. This patron is dangerous. Call the police immediately as per the Sherrif office's request if seen in or on library property.

He is not eligible for reinstatement. 

Jose Casas (Rawlings)(Lamb) AKA "Poppy"

Jose Casas has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for multiple codes of conduct violations. He is cited for assault, disturbance, harassment, threatening, and trespassing. If he is seen on library property ask him to leave immediately. If the patron refuses to leave library property, contact the Pueblo Police Department's non-emergency dispatch line to have him trespassed.

He is eligible for reinstatement on 01/06/2024.
