Describe incident, location, etc:
13:21:06 Chuco takes a bag of chips away from teen girl sitting at a computer
desk and runs away. She gets up and runs after him.
13:21:17 Teen in white shirt & jeans, who is the girl’s brother, gets up
from his computer desk and helps himself to the another bag of food left on
the girl’s desk while she is distracted running around after Chuco.
12:21:31 Girl grabs Chuco by his shirt and starts fighting with him over the
food. Chuco throws the bag to another teen boy wearing a black hoodie w/a
white shirt & red shoes. The girl’s brother sees this and raises his arm
gesturing to the boy in the hoodie to throw the food to him. The boy throws
the food to the brother and it lands on the floor. The boys continue throwing
the bag of food to each other while the girl runs around trying to get the
bag from them. The chips fall out of the bag each time it is thrown.
13:22:11 Brother of girl throws food at his sister and it lands on the floor.
13:23:51 Chuco comes over to brother in white shirt and they start hitting
each other.
13:26:21 Brother in white shirt takes a bag of Cheetos off of Chuco’s desk,
opens the bag, pours the Cheetos onto his desk, replaces the empty bag,
starts eating the Cheetos and then covers the Cheetos with a mask.
13:27 through 13:45 Teens continue eating at computer desks without masks.
13:27:13 Teen in hoodie & white shirt & red shoes rides scooter through &
around the computer area.
13:45:51 Chuco says something to girl and she gets up and tries to get to him
but is blocked by teen in hoodie & white shirt.  Girl continues to run around
trying to get Chuco and then start fighting with her brother. Brother pulls
her hair and the girl goes back to her desk and puts her head down on the
desk.
13:42 to 13:43 Boy in black hoodie, white shirt & red shoes start vaping with
his feet up on the computer desk of brother in white shirt. Brother in white
shirt takes the vape pen from the boy and starts vaping as well.
13:51 Rachel does rounds in computer area and discovers the mess. She then
comes to my office to report the mess.

Connor, who was previously suspended for toilet papering the men's bathroom,
was also in the computer area and was trespassing since he and his parents
have not come in for a reinstatement meeting. Recommend extending his
suspension another month to January 16, 2022.
