This patron is eligible for reinstatement. Mr. Allen is required to set an appointment with the PCCLD Security Supervisor or designee before accessing any PCCLD location. Please advise if seen on the property.  02/22/2022 

Allen gave a sexually explicit note to three juvenile females on the second floor at Rawlings. Pueblo Police arrived and made contact with Allen. Allen was arrested on a outstanding warrant. Allen was charged also with indecent contact with a minor. Allen is suspended for 12 months starting 11/16/2018.

Elias Baca is reinstated as of 01/03/2020.


Elias Baca (AKA Jones) is suspended from all libraries for one month for disturbance at Barkman library. Elias is eligible for reinstatement on 12/16/2018


Elias Baca (AKA Jones) is suspended as a repeat offender for fighting. Jones is suspended for 3 months and is eligible for reinstatement on 06/09/2019.

Baca is reinstated as of 06/03/2019.

Elias Baca is suspended again for disturbance and fighting. Baca is suspended for 6 months. 

Landon Baca

Landon Baca is reinstated as of 01/03/2020.


Landon Baca is being suspended for disturbance while at Barkman library. Landon is suspended for one month and is eligible for reinstatement on 12/16/2018. Landon Baca is reinstated as of 01/08/2019.



Landon Baca is under suspension as a repeat violator for fighting. Baca is suspended for 3 months as of 03/09/2019.

Baca is reinstated as of 06/03/2019.

Landon Baca is suspended again for disturbane and fighting. Baca is suspended for 6 months and is eligible for reinstatement on 01/01.2020.

Anastasio Duran

Duran was intoxicated in the theater and refused to leave. Pueblo Police were dispatched and took Duran via AMS to the hospital for treatment. Duran is suspended from all library's for 9 months. Duran will be eligible for reinstatement on 8/17/2019.

Previous Submission: Duran was reinstated on 09/16/2019.

On 10/24/2019 Duran was suspended for 12 months for intoxication and harassment. Duran is eligible for reinstatement on 10/24/2020.

Summer Reading Report 2018

It's winter outside, but in Youth Services we always have summer on our minds! We had a truly excellent summer in 2018, and I wanted to share some highlights with you.

Solomon Galligan

Solomon assault a library patron causing pain and injury. The patron called police and when police arrived they cited Galligan for battery and took Galigan to police department to regester as a sex offender in Pueblo County. Galligan is suspended for one year endidng 11/14/2019.

Solomon Galligan is reinstated as of 11/20/2019.
