Amy Peterson is leaving PCCLD, but will continue as a substitute at our Greenhorn Valley location. Amy has been with the district since 2014 and is currently a CSR at Greenhorn Valley. Vanessa Snethen is leaving her MHT position in Youth Services, but will also stay on as a substitute.

James Copsy is suspended for theft at Pueblo West library. Copsy is suspended for 1 month and eligible for reinstatement on 09/29/2019. James Copsy is reinstated as of 10/24/2019.

A huge thank you to everyone for making Reference Counts Week a success! We are done counting questions for now, but will be doing one more count this winter before the close of 2019.

Armondo Sandoval is suspended for 1 month for theft at Pueblo West.

Ellis Belfer is reinstated 10-15-2019; he was suspended for make threats to security. Beller is suspended for 1 month and will be eligible for reinstatement on 09/20/2019. Mr. Belfer called and left a message for Jon Walker on 9-16-2019 regarding his suspension. Mr. Belfer notified Pueblo Fire Department of a code violation at Rawlings concerning doors to the youth services area. Code enforcement showed up and no violations were found. Belfer has been reinstated as of 10/15/2019.

Peter Benavidez was seen on camera taking Bree Pappan's cell phone off her desk. Benavidez then left the library with the phone. Benavidez is suspended for 6 months for theft. Benavidez is eligible for reinstatement on 02/29/2020. This patron is eligible for reinstatement. Mr. Benavidez is required to meet the PCCLD Security Supervisor or designee for reinstatement.

For the next three days, PCCLD employees will have the exclusive opportunity to apply for the MHT position in Youth Services. This position is 20 hours per week. Use the Internal Job Posting link just to the left on this main page. If you have questions, please contact Loretta at Ext. 651.

Joe Nieves was involved in a domestic disturbance at Rawlings. Nieves then became violent and made threats to staff and security. Nievens is suspended for 1 month and is eligible for reinstatement on 09/26/2019.
