PCCLD Moves to Lessened Restrictions on Feb 16

Effective Tuesday, February 16, PCCLD will move to Phase 4 of our reopening plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pueblo County has recently moved to a less restrictive Blue status on the COVID-19 dial (https://covid19.colorado.gov/covid-19-dial) due to improved COVID numbers.
