Charlene Garcia Simms, Genealogy and Special Collections librarian, is leaving PCCLD. Charlene has been with the library district for close to 14 years and has made significant contributions to PCCLD's Special Collections department and to the Pueblo community.

13:21:06 Chuco takes a bag of chips away from teen girl sitting at a computer
desk and runs away. She gets up and runs after him.
13:21:17 Teen in white shirt & jeans, who is the girl’s brother, gets up
from his computer desk and helps himself to the another bag of food left on
the girl’s desk while she is distracted running around after Chuco.
12:21:31 Girl grabs Chuco by his shirt and starts fighting with him over the
food. Chuco throws the bag to another teen boy wearing a black hoodie w/a

Chuco Garcia has been resuspended for Arms/Aggression/Threats at the Pueblo West branch. Patron was not reinstated from the previous incident. He was trespassing during this incident. 

He is eligible for reinstatement on 08/15/2024

As part of our IDEA initiative, our consultants, Webb Advisory Group, will be conducting an organizational assessment on the topic of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) in the workplace. This survey will be completed online via a secure portal.

Patron is set for a 6-month suspension for repeated offenses of sleeping and intoxication. MAY 16 2022 He may be reinstated. waiting for final outcome.
