Here are a few helpful tips about tracking questions this week:
1. Open DART at the beginning of each shift. It is best if questions are logged in real-time, so enter them as you go! https://dart.lrs.org (Username: PCCLD, Password: PCCLD)
2. Questions don’t always happen in person – if you answer a question on the phone…LOG IT! You also don’t have to sit at a Reference Desk to field reference transactions! MHTs do it too – any question that you answer without referring to someone else should be tracked…LOG IT!
3. Counting questions does not in any way measure your level of busy-ness! Right now we are simply trying to count questions so we can accurately report these statistics on the surveys we complete at the end of the year.
