Good morning, PCCLD! The reminders for Reference Counts week did not go out on Monday or Tuesday, so we will be extending our count period until Wednesday, May 11th to ensure that we have an accurate sample.

Alexandria Romero will be leaving PCCLD to transition to a new role. Alex has the opportunity to work with a nationwide CPA firm and provide CFO support to a growing body of clients.

I am very sad to notify you today that our coworker and friend, Lorina Messenger, passed away following a hospital stay. Lorina has been a valued member of our PCCLD family for almost 14 years.

Each year, PCCLD reports data to the Library Research Service (LRS) about various aspects of the work we perform and the services we provide. One of the data sets of interest to the LRS is the number and type of reference questions that we answer.
