1. Applications must be submitted by the required deadline.
2. All applications should be approved by the branch/department manager prior to submission.
3. Limit of four applications per branch/department.
a. Applications should be prioritized by what is essential to your branch/department during each grant cycle.
4. If you receive a grant from the Friends, you will be asked to present at one of their board meetings. This may include reporting on how funds were used, the impact on PCCLD key results, the impact on community members, library patrons and more.
