We would like to announce that Jose Ortega will be leaving PCCLD on August 31st. Jose has served as Digitization Coordinator in the Special Collections department for two years. He has accepted a full-time position and we wish Jose the best in his future endeavors!

On Monday, August 21, Colorado will have 80-90% totality at the peak time of 11:47 am (eclipse begins at 10:20 am and ends at 1:15 pm.) THINGS TO REMEMBER 1. Employees should NOT view the eclipse unless using specialized glasses or a welder’s hood/goggles with shade 14 or higher.

I would like to inform you that Janina Goodwin will be leaving PCCLD at the end of September. Janina currently serves as Rawlings Manager and has been with PCCLD in a variety of capacities for six years.
