Farewell to Filadelfio Trujillo

Please join us in wishing Filadelfio Trujillo well on his retirement at the end of July. Filadelfio has served at the district for 12 years! We very much appreciate Filadelfio's service and wish him the very best on his new journey into retirement. Congratulations Filadelfio!

Toby Pruitt

Toby Pruitt has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for one year. Please do not allow entry into any library location. Toby poses safety and security threats. His behavior is escalating physically and verbally and he is unpredictable. Toby is eligible for reinstatement on 07/03/2023. Toby has been reinstated along with guardian present; Toby understands any behavior on his part to require suspension, will result in Toby's original suspension to be extended to July 22,2025

PCCLD Employee Retention Bonus

Dear All, I am pleased to report the PCCLD Board of Trustees adopted recommendations last night to pay library employees two retention incentive bonuses in 2022. Employees will see the first bonus payment deposited into individual bank accounts next week on June 30.

Eric Tiffany has been promoted to Junior Systems Administrator. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and has worked as Helpdesk Technician at PCCLD for over two years. Congratulations Eric!

PUEBLO, Colo. — Reading Pays: Pueblo’s $1 Million Reading Challenge returns for a second year. Pueblo City-County Library District’s (PCCLD) reading challenge offers Pueblo County youth, age birth to 17, the chance to read their way to earning $100 during the summer.
