Spring Into Action Team Challenge!

The Health and Safety Committee is joining forces with Colorado Weigh and Win to bring  you a fun, free way to improve your weight and/or develop healthy habits while competing for fabulous prizes!  The Spring Into Action challenge will run from February 1st to April 30th.  Employees are encouraged to form teams of 4 to 8 persons and elect a team captain. The captain will go to  www.WeighandWin.com/TeamChallenge  to register the team name (be creative!)  AND will send their team information to Jane Carlsen.  Each team member must go to a Weigh & Win kiosk at the beginning and end of the challenge to register.  In Pueblo there are 3 kiosks:  at the YMCA, American Furniture Warehouse and a traveling Kiosk that has its location listed on the Weigh and Win website.  Participants may use the kiosk to update their information as they choose.  Individual confidentiality is maintained.  Team scores and standings are published on the Weigh and Win website and on the PCCLD Portal.  Prizes will include:

     Second Place Team (State):  Sports Authority Gift Card ($60)   PCCLD prize - Armband Gadget Holder

In addition, the top 3 teams in each category will win a $1,000 Charitable Donation that can be made to one of the following:  Pueblo Care & Share Food Bank, Boys & Girls Club of Pueblo, United Way of Pueblo.
