Reference Counts - NEXT WEEK!

Good afternoon!  Next week, February 21-27, is a reference counts week!  This is a week where we have to pay extra attention to the questions we are being asked - and track reference questions.

Attached is a document explaining how to count reference questions.  Please review it and send your questions my way!

Also - beginning Sunday, February 21 you will be receiving daily reminders from me in your email to track those questions.
