As many of you know, PCCLD is not only looking at output data (the Key Results), but we're also attempting to gather outcomes data via the PLA Project Outcomes survey process. PCCLD started down this path in 2016 and we want to expand the data collection throughout the district. Several of you have taken advantage of the opportunity to deploy the surveys and learn more about how your programming is impacting attendees. Today we shine the Outcomes Spotlight on Kayci Barnett of the Giodone Library. She handed Project Outcome surveys out at the African Peanut Stew Program. She said, "It's super easy, just download the forms from the O drive and hand them out. People are willing to do it and Dave will input the results--and I like that!" She learned that there were lots of positive feelings about the program and the patrons expressed they enjoyed the food and want more food programs. "You never know what kind of feedback you might get and you might get something cool to put in your report!"
Please let Dave Hayden know if you need assistance with the outcomes surveys. It's a great way to get additional feedback about your programming efforts!
