This Monday's topic: Room Setup Work Orders
Currently staff are responsible for submitting work orders for furniture setup for their programs. This mainly occurs in the Ryals room and InfoZone Theater, but can also apply to courtyard or floor-wide events.
The Facilities team asks for a work order to be submitted no less than one week in advance and no more than two weeks in advance. Here are the main points of information Facilities will need to see the BIG FOUR in your work order:
- The DATE
- The START TIME and END TIME
- The ROOM the program is taking place in
- FURNITURE: number of chairs & tables requested and desired placement
