Brian Sanchez (Verbal ID) has been suspended for one month from all PCCLD locations. He has displayed inappropriate behavior repeatedly in the Barkman Library. Mr. Sanchez has been provided several opportunities to improve/correct behavior. He has verbally and physically demonstrated an unwillingness to comply. An unknown female has been temporarily suspended from all library branches pending an administrative review. This patron has been reinstated.

An unidentified male was intoxicated and asleep inside of the Pueblo West Library. This gentleman has had similar issues in the past. The branch manager has requested a suspension of three months to begin 07/24/2021. The length of this suspension has been completed to include an additional 5 months. This patron has been reinstated per Security Supervisor.

Bill Martinez

Bill Martinez is suspended for 3 months for Harassing and Threatening staff. Martinez is eligible for reinstat3ement on 07/10/2021. Eligible for reinstatement on 07/10/2021. Patron has been reinstated. He has completed his suspension. He has served an additional six months without reoccurrence or further issues.

Taj Navratil

Taj Navratil is suspended for 6 months. Navratil is suspended for theft of library property at Pueblo West. Patron has been reinstated. Patron served suspension time without reoccurrence. Patron served an additional 7 months. Reinstated 02/22/2022.

Unidentified Male

Unidentified male is suspended for 12 months for repeat possession of a controlled substance. Male will be eligible for reinstatement on 09/01/2021. Eligible for reinstatement on 09/01/2021. Patron has been reinstated. Patron served the suspension term without reoccurrence. Patron was eligible for reinstatement on 09/01/2021. Patron served an additional 5 months on suspension status.
