Jaquise was observed eating in the Rawlings library and has been warned on multiple occasions not to eat. Jaquise is suspended for 1 month for repeated level 1 offense eating.

Anthony Lagorio is suspended for 6 months for vandalism to library property at Lucero library. Lagorio will be eligible for reinstatement on 08/03/2020.

Jennifer Rains is suspended for 3 months for possession of an alcoholic beverage and intoxication at the Rawlings library. Rains will be eligible for reinstatement on 05/03/2020.

Johnny Romero is suspended for 3 months for possession of an alcoholic beverage and intoxication at the Rawlings library. Romero will be eligible for reinstatement on 05/03/2020.

Pete Otero is suspended for 12 months for possession, distribution, and using a controlled substance on Rawlings library property. Otero also goes by the street name of Samurai. Otero is eligible for reinstatement on 01/21/2021. Otero was on Rawlings library property, in violation of his suspension while engaging in sexual misconduct on 07/07/2020. Otero's suspension will be extended for 12 months. Eligible for reinstatement on 07/07/2021. Eligible for reinstatement on 07/07/2021. Mr. Otero has been reinstated.

Tony Bobian is suspended for 6 months for trespassing. Bobian went past signage that stated do not enter or touch property in the infozone of Rawlings library. Bobian will be eligible for reinstatement on 07/08/2020.

Everett has been suspended for 6 months for possession of marijuana, repeated level 1 offenses: eating, sleeping, and smoking. Everett is eligible for reinstatement on 07/10/2020.

Mark Gentile is in violation and suspended for 3 months for harassing and threatening customers and staff. Gentile is eligible for reinstatement on 03/06/2020.

Anthony Richard is a repeat offender violating bicycle rules in courtyard with multiple complaints of near misses striking patrons. Richard has also violated harassment rules towards staff. Richard is suspended for 3 months and is eligible for reinstatement on 04/02/2020 Richard was on Rawlings property asking people for money in violation of his suspension on 01/09/2020. Anthony Richard has been reinstated. Patron served the suspension term plus 10 months without further incidents or occurrences.

Shawn M. Dixon was suspended from Rawlings library for 1 month for harassment, threats, and sleeping. Dixon is eligible for reinstatement on 01/28/2020.
