Anthony Richard is a repeat offender violating bicycle rules in courtyard with multiple complaints of near misses striking patrons. Richard has also violated harassment rules towards staff. Richard is suspended for 3 months and is eligible for reinstatement on 04/02/2020 Richard was on Rawlings property asking people for money in violation of his suspension on 01/09/2020. Anthony Richard has been reinstated. Patron served the suspension term plus 10 months without further incidents or occurrences.

Shawn M. Dixon was suspended from Rawlings library for 1 month for harassment, threats, and sleeping. Dixon is eligible for reinstatement on 01/28/2020.

Chavez will be eligible for reinstatement on 08/18/2020. Chavez has been reinstated. He served his suspension term plus 14 months without further incident or occurrence.

Arguallo was served his suspension on 12/08/2019 and was on Rawlings property on 12/09/2019 in violation of his suspension. Isaac Arguello has been reinstated as of 01/08/2020.
