Reinstated

This patron Ezekiel Bobian-Romero has been temporarily suspended from all library branches pending an administrative review.

An unidentified male was intoxicated and asleep inside of the Pueblo West Library. This gentleman has had similar issues in the past. The branch manager has requested a suspension of three months to begin 07/24/2021. The length of this suspension has been completed to include an additional 5 months. This patron has been reinstated per Security Supervisor.

Drug and alcohol abuse suspension for 1 year.

Bill Martinez is suspended for 3 months for Harassing and Threatening staff. Martinez is eligible for reinstat3ement on 07/10/2021. Eligible for reinstatement on 07/10/2021. Taj Navratil is suspended for 6 months. Navratil is suspended for theft of library property at Pueblo West. Patron has been reinstated. Patron served suspension time without reoccurrence. Patron served an additional 7 months. Reinstated 02/22/2022.

Unidentified male is suspended for 12 months for repeat possession of a controlled substance. Male will be eligible for reinstatement on 09/01/2021. Eligible for reinstatement on 09/01/2021. Patron has been reinstated. Patron served the suspension term without reoccurrence. Patron was eligible for reinstatement on 09/01/2021. Patron served an additional 5 months on suspension status.

Samuel Arguello is suspended for 6 months for harassment and threats to staff. Arguello is eligible for reinstatement on 02/31/2021.

Sean Dixon is suspended for 6 months for harassment and threats to staff. Dixon is eligible for reinstatement on 02/27/2021

Larry Simons is suspended for 6 months for Disturbance, harassment, and threats to staff. Simons is eligible for reinstatement on 02/25/2021

Ed Montelongo is suspended for 6 months for harassment and making threats to staff. Montelongo will be eligible for reinstatement on 02/05/2021.
