Smith's suspension has been updated and he is suspended as of 02/14/2019 for a period of 12 months for trespassing, impaired by alcohol, and creating a disturbance. Smith is eligible for reinstatement on 02/14/2020.


Marvin Eugene Smith was on Rawlings property in violation of his suspension and again was intoxicated on 05/15/2019.

Jonah Lopez has been suspended from all libraries- he vandalized library facilities at Pueblo West.
