Reinstated

Solomon assault a library patron causing pain and injury. The patron called police and when police arrived they cited Galligan for battery and took Galigan to police department to regester as a sex offender in Pueblo County. Galligan is suspended for one year endidng 11/14/2019.

Solomon Galligan is reinstated as of 11/20/2019.

Gregory was in men's bathroom smoking and became verbally agressive towards security. Gregory will be suspended for six months. Gregory will be eligable for reenstatement on 05/14/2019. Gregory was with Connor Joseph Eldridge at time of incident. (see his suspension)

Gregory was at Rawlings library in February 2019 in violation of her suspension.

Gregory is reinstated as of 11/24/2019.

Disorderly conduct.

Subject has been suspended for 6 months ending 05/07/2019. Subject is being suspended for assault,disorderly conduct,and threats. Pueblo Police have been notified and when subject is identified will be trespassed. Subject identified as Michael Melendez DOB: 12/07/2000.

Observed in third floor bathroom doing drugs. Subject threw away contraband before running out of building. Subject will be under suspension until 10/24/2019. Patron has been reinstated. Patron served the suspension term plus additional time without further occurrences/incidents. ​Reinstated 02/22/2022.

Asked to leave property for intoxication. Created a disturbance when leaving. Larry Theut has been reinstated a of 07/17/2019.

Dakota Seal was suspended for stealing a bike at the Lucero Library on 9/28/18 for 6 months. Eligible for reinstatement on 3/28/19. Reported by Diann Logie.

07/28/2018 Suspended for sleeping, vulagar language, and disorderly.

Harry Dove DOB: 07/28/1998 Tresspassing under suspension. Creating a disturbance; law enforcement responded. Suspension extended until 06/26/2019.

Harry Dove suspended for 12 months on 05/23/2019 for trespass, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a concealed weapon. Dove is eligible for reinsttement on 05/23/2020.
