Carlos Martinez is suspended for offensive behavior, language, threats, and arson. Martinez is eligible for reinstatement on 11/20/2019. Patron has been reinstated. Patron served the suspension term plus additional time without further occurrences/incidents. ​Reinstated 02/22/2022.

Breanna King is suspended for harassing and threatening staff and patrons. King is eligible for reinstatement on 03/20/2019. King has been reinstated as of 09/12/2019.

Damian Kelly has been reinstated. This patron has served the suspension term plus additional time without further occurrences/incidents.

Damian Kelly is suspended for 0ne month for possession of a controlled substance at Rawlings library. Kelly is eligible for reinstatement on 04/21/2019.

Damian Kelly was caught on Rawlings property drinking an alcoholic beverage on 04/02/2019 and his suspension is extended for an additional six months. Kelly will be eligible for reinstatement on 10/02/2019.

Tony Garcia is suspended for 12 months due to public indecency at Lucero library. Garcia is eligible for reinstatement on 03/21/2020.

Nancy Romero was suspended for one month for creating a disturbance at the Rawlings library. Romero will be eligible for reinstatement on 04/19/2019. Nancy Romero is now reinstated as of 04/19/2019.

Dones was engaged in sexual misconduct in violation of library code of conduct. Dones is suspended for 9 months and is eligible for reinstatement on 12/12/2019. This patron has been reinstated. Mr. Dones has served the suspension term plus additional time without further occurrence/incident. Reinstated 02/22/2022

Evans was engaging in sexual misconduct in violation of library code of conduct. Evans is suspended for 9 months and is eligible for reinstatement on 12/12/2019. This patron has been reinstated. Patron served the suspension term plus additional time. Reinstated 02/22/2022

Daugherty is suspended for three months for being disruptive and refusing to leave when told.
On 03/05/2019 at approximately 2:15 pm Daugherty was in Rawlings library being distruptive. I informed her she was suspended and if she returned again the Pueblo Police would be contacted. Daugherty was threatening and abusive verbally towards me as she left the library property. 

Daugherty was told to leave the Barkman library for being disruptive and was currently under suspension. this occured in March of 2019.

Heggins is suspended for nine months for possession of a controlled substance. Heggins is also trespassed by the Pueblo Police and his notice is on file with the P.D.

Heggins was on Rawlings property on 10/03/2019 in violaton of his suspenion.
