Final Suspension

Male subject is suspended for 12 months for threats, assault/battery with bodily fluids at Rawlings. If anyone can identify him contact security. Patron is eligible for reinstatement. Patron must meet with PCCLD Security Supervisor or designee for reinstatement.

Peter Benavidez was seen on camera taking Bree Pappan's cell phone off her desk. Benavidez then left the library with the phone. Benavidez is suspended for 6 months for theft. Benavidez is eligible for reinstatement on 02/29/2020. This patron is eligible for reinstatement. Mr. Benavidez is required to meet the PCCLD Security Supervisor or designee for reinstatement.

Andrew Crawford is suspended for 12 months for trespassing and threats to security at the Rawlings library. If seen contact Pueblo Police. Crawford was on Rawlings property causing a disturbance on 01/12/2020. Crawford was cited by Pueblo Police for trespassing. This patron is eligible for reinstatement. Please advise that he will need to set an appointment with the PCCLD Security Supervisor of the designee for reinstatemnet. 02/22/2022.

Chris Rasmussan is suspended for 6 months for harassment and threats to staff. Rasmussan has been trespassed by Pueblo Police Department. Rasmussan was on Barkman property in violation of his suspension on 01/27/2020. THIS PATRON IS SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY CALL POLICE IF SEEN ON PCCLD PROPERTY

Craig Evans is eligible for reinstatement. This Patron is required to set an appointment with the PCCLD Security Supervisor or designee for reinstatement. This profile will be updated when these conditions are met. 02/22/2022 Craig Evans is suspended for 12 months for repeated violations of code of conduct, harassing and threatening staff, littering, eating in library, and smoking marijuana. Evans is eligible for reinstatement on 06/11/2020. Evans was on Rawlings property on 07/25/2019 in violation of his suspension.

Campbell Evans is eligible for reinstatement. Patron is required to set an appointment with the PCCLD Security Supervisor or designee for reinstatement. The profile will be updated when these terms are met. 02/22/2022 Campbell Evans was on Rawlings property in violation of his suspension on 02/12/2020. Evans will be suspended until 02/12/2021. Campbell Evans is suspended for 6 months for repeated smoking of marijuana on Rawlings library property.

This patron is eligible for reinstatement. This patron is required to meet with the PCCLD Security Supervisor or designee for reinstatement. This patron should not be allowed access on or in any PCCLD location until the reinstatement process is completed. REQUIRES REINSTATEMENT!

Mia Gonzales has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Alcohol or Controlled substance at the Barkman Branch on 07/31/2023.

She is eligible for reinstatement on 01/31/2024

Ruben Pacheco has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for alcohol or controlled substance and harassment at the Barkman Branch. 

He is eligible for reinstatement on 03/15/2024

If Mr. Pacheco refuses to leave the library property, contact the Pueblo Police Department's non-emergency dispatch line to have him trespassed. 

 

PATRON IS SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY. DO NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO ANY PCCLD LOCATION. 
CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY IF SEEN. 

Deanna Rhoads is permanently suspended from all libraries in the city and county of Pueblo. Rhoads is not allowed on any library property due to a court order. If seen contact police and notify security.
