Final Suspension

When it is determined an individual is suspended for a given amount of time.

Sawyer (RA)

Sawyer has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Repeated Level 1 Offense, Refusing to Leave, Trespassing, and Weapons, resulting in police contact at the Rawlings branch.

He is eligible for reinstatement on 08/12/2025   

Joshua Tubbs (RA)

Joshua Tubbs has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Alcohol or Controlled Substance, Assault, Disturbance, Harassment, Threats, and Refusing to Leave library property when requested. This patron has been formally trespassed by police. If he is seen on library property, call the non-emergency dispatch line to report the trespass. 

He is eligible for reinstatement on 01/27/2026

Ricky (RA)

Ricky has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Repeated Level 1 Offense at the Rawlings branch. 

He is eligible for reinstatement on 02/05/2025
