When it is determined an individual is suspended for a given amount of time.

Martin Solis

Martin Solis has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Vandalism. He has been formally trespassed by police. If he is seen on library property, call non-emergency police dispatch to report. 

Previous Submission: Martin Solis has been reinstated. 

Silia Nieto

This patron has been suspended from all PCCLD locations until 04/03/2022. Patron is required to schedule a reinstatemtn meting with the Pueblo West branch manager, Security Supervisor, or designees. 

 - Disturbance (offensive behavior,noise,odor)
 - Harassment, Threats, Bullying

Steven Rayburn

Patron is suspended from all PCCLD locations. suspension for repeated and escalating behavior and assault on staff in library locations.   eligible for reinstatement 12-31-2046  upon showing restitution was made to city of pueblo.

Destiny's suspension has been extended for Refusing to Leave when Requested, Trespassing, Disturbance, Harassment, and Repeated Level 1 Offense. 

She is eligible for reinstatement on 08/02/2025

LU Unknown Female

Patron was temporarily suspended from all PCCLD locations pending an administrative review. Seeking one-month suspension for Covid violation and escalating behavior toward staff;  in library locations.

Eligible for reinstatement 02/28/2022

The patron should be directed to Security Supervisor or Lucero Managers for reinstatement.
