Final Suspension

When it is determined an individual is suspended for a given amount of time.

Chris Rasmussen

Chris Rasmussen has been suspended from all PCCLD Libraries for one year. Rasmussen is a repeat offender. Rasmussen has been suspended for threatening/harassing, library staff. Rassmussen spit on a library staff member and has made numerous threats. He is alleged to have damaged property at the Barkman library. In the event, Rasmussen trespasses on library property, contact the Pueblo Police Department. This patron is ineligible for reinstatement. Contact Security and/or Law Enforcement, Do not approach.

Earnest Gallegos

Earnest Gallegos has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for drug use at the Barkman Branch. 

He is eligible for reinstatement on 09/29/2023.  

Previous Suspension:

Date of Violation: 2021-06-04
Nature of Violation: Theft (library or personal property)
Has been suspended for 12 months as of June 4, 2021

Eligible for reinstatement on 06/04/2022. 

 

Justin Jaramillo

Justin Jaramillo was involved in vandalism and theft to an employee's vehicle at Lucero library. Jaramillo broke driver's window out then opened trunk and took the spare tire. Justin Jaramillo will remain on suspension status until he meets with the appropriate personnel for reinstatement. If seen contact Pueblo Police as a report is on file with them. Advise dispatch of case #19-26896. DO NOT REMOVE FROM SUSPENSION STATUS Patron is required to complete the reinstatement process before returning to any library location.

Shantell Deluna

Shantell DeLuna has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for repeat violations at the Lucero Library. Ms. DeLuna is eligible for reinstatement on 12/04/2022. This patron must be reinstated before her access to library privileges is reinstated. 

Andrew Crawford

Andrew Crawford is suspended. He was cited for trespassing by police. He must meet with security before being reinstated. 

Andrew Crawford is suspended for 12 months for trespassing and threats to security at the Rawlings library. If seen contact Pueblo Police. Crawford was on Rawlings property causing a disturbance on 01/12/2020. Crawford was cited by Pueblo Police for trespassing. This patron is eligible for reinstatement. Please advise that he will need to set an appointment with the PCCLD Security Supervisor of the designee for reinstatemnet. 02/22/2022.

Chris Rasmussan (NOT ELIGIBLE)

This patron is not eligible for reinstatement. He has a protection order in place. If seen in or on library property, call PPD. 

Chris Rasmussan is suspended for 6 months for harassment and threats to staff. Rasmussan has been trespassed by Pueblo Police Department. Rasmussan was on Barkman property in violation of his suspension on 01/27/2020. THIS PATRON IS SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY CALL POLICE IF SEEN ON PCCLD PROPERTY

Mia Gonzales

Mia Gonzales has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Alcohol or Controlled substance at the Barkman Branch on 07/31/2023.

She is eligible for reinstatement on 11/28/2025

Ruben Pacheco

Ruben Pacheco has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for alcohol or controlled substance and harassment at the Barkman Branch. 

He is eligible for reinstatement on 03/15/2024

If Mr. Pacheco refuses to leave the library property, contact the Pueblo Police Department's non-emergency dispatch line to have him trespassed.
