Final Suspension

When it is determined an individual is suspended for a given amount of time.

Isaac

Isaac has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Alcohol or Controlled Substance on 02/21/2024 at the Lucero branch.

He is eligible for reinstatement on 08/21/2024  

 

Melisio Cisneros

Melisio Cisneros has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Disturbance, Repeated Level 1 Offense, and Refusing to Leave when requested at the Rawlings branch. 

He is eligible for reinstatement on 03/17/2024. 

Dylan

Dylan has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Disturbance, Public Indecency, and Repeated Level 1 Offense at the Rawlings branch.

He is eligible for reinstatement on 8/15/2024

Darlene Garcia

Darlene Garcia has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Alcohol or Controlled Substance and Impairment at the Rawlings branch. 

She is eligible for reinstatement on 07/18/2024

Austin Williams and Dog

Austin has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for Disturbance, Harassment, and Refusing to Leave at the Rawlings branch. 

Austin visits library locations with a white dog that is aggressive toward other people. Be cautious if approaching this patron and his dog. 

This suspension has been extended for Trespassing, Disturbance, Vandalism, Harassment/Threats/Bullying, and Refusing to Leave.

If seen on library property call non-emergency law enforcement to have this individual formally trespassed.
