Patron has been reinstated. Suspension time served. All patrons reinstated if eligible through 12/2023. 

At 7:37 PM, September 10, 2015,  she dropped a toilet paper wrapped bundle of DVDs into the recycle bin.  All of the DVDs matched all of the empty cases.  No additional DVDs are missing.
