Phillip Fouts was arrested by Pueblo Police for possession of a controlled substance at Lamb library. Fouts is suspended and trespassed for 12 months.
Patron has been reinstated. Mr. Fouts has served his suspension term plus 20 months without further occurrences/incidents. 02/22/2022
