DOB: 9/21/82 Drives Maroon Ford Taurus 2000's model with Colorado license plate 421UGI
Always wears Black glasses, black hat and same shoes black with white sole edges. Will always have a backpack as well might be either gray or black. Will go to where the Blu ray's are and load up his backpack and then walk out the door. He doesn't care to remove the security labels but will try and avoid the security barriers but has walked right through the barriers and then ran off. PD is aware and if he show's up to any PCCLD branch just call PD the case number is 17-27196.
