Campbell Evans is suspended for 6 months for repeated smoking of marijuana on Rawlings library property. Evans is eligible for reinstatement on 11/16/2019. Evans was on Rawlings library property on 05/21/2019 in violation of his suspension. Evans was on Rawlings library property on 06/01/2019 in violation of his suspension. Evans was on Rawlings property in repeated violation of his suspension. Evans suspension is extended to 05/16/2020. Campbell is the twin brother to Craig Evans who is also suspended.
