Kim Dillon will be leaving PCCLD as a regular, part-time employee this Saturday. She may stay on as a substitute so we may still see her around on occasion! Most recently, Kim has been working at our Library @ the Y location.
Jackie Swanson will be leaving PCCLD on July 31st. Jackie has worked as our Adult Literacy Coordinator in the RRA department for a little over 2 years.

We are pleased to welcome Virginia Ramos to the Facilities department as our new Day Porter. Virginia recently relocated to Pueblo from the Denver area where she worked on the custodial crew at Denver Public Schools. Welcome to PCCLD Virginia!
We are pleased to welcome Andrew Ortiz, new part-time Security Officer, to PCCLD!
Andrew joins us with six years of security experience. He will be primarily stationed at the Rawlings branch in the evenings.

Educational experiences - like museum visits, camps, trips to the zoo, art classes, etc. - aren't just fun. They provide children with something vital - background knowledge. Background knowledge provides children the foundation to understand what they read and study.
Enjoys customer service, has experience with working in another small library, sorting & stacking books, childrens story time, assisting elderly patrons, ect.
Has a Bachelors Degree.
Really enjoys spending time in the library most weeks already.
Would like: Tutoring/reading
Skills: Writer, paasionate/adament about helping give others the fit of reading, English major in college, have taught all age of students
