On Thursday, January 10th, Care And Share will be providing FREE produce, bread and other food items from their 100 Greenhorn Drive location in Pueblo.

Braken repeatedly warned about eating in library on 2nd floor. Became aggressive when confronted for eating again. Bracken is suspended for 6 months and will be eligible for reinstatement on 07/05/2019.
Friendly Harbor Calendar for January 2019
Friendly Harbor is a local non-profit organization that provides programming for persons with mental health and substance use disorders in Pueblo County.

Farewell to Jane Carlsen!
After 30 years of dedicated service, Jane Carlsen, Executive Assistant, is retiring from PCCLD. We will be holding a retirement get-together for Jane sometime at the end of January or the beginning of February and will send out more information soon.
Warming Shelter in Pueblo
A temporary warming shelter located at 901 W. 9th St. in Pueblo will be open Dec. 15th through April 30 from 7:00 PM until 8:00 AM, daily. The shelter provides 80 beds (a mat and blanket) to men, women and children in a warm, safe environment.
Electric Vehicle Charging Station at Pueblo West Library
The EV charging station is now available for use at Pueblo West Library. The station has both level 2 and level 3 chargers and the Charge Point website lists the site as free. https://na.chargepoint.com/charge_point
Congratulations to Lori Kozel!
Lori Kozel has been promoted to Branch Manager at the Lamb library branch! Lori currently works in the RRA department as e-Resources and Digital Collections Librarian.
Ruben Pacheco
Ruben Pacheco has been suspended from all PCCLD locations for alcohol or controlled substance and harassment at the Barkman Branch.
He is eligible for reinstatement on 03/15/2024
If Mr. Pacheco refuses to leave the library property, contact the Pueblo Police Department's non-emergency dispatch line to have him trespassed.
Deanna Rhoads

CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY IF SEEN.
Deanna Rhoads is permanently suspended from all libraries in the city and county of Pueblo. Rhoads is not allowed on any library property due to a court order. If seen contact police and notify security.
