PCCLD has had a good overall record so far dealing with the COVID-19 problem. COVID-19 cases are spiking now and our good communication with one another will help us maintain the safest possible workplace. In this memo we will review how PCCLD manages COVID-19 workplace exposures.

Today an important temporary change to our public services is being announced.  It is in the best interest of both the institution and the community to begin to limit in-person library services to curbside-only with no in-building public access. This change for PCCLD will commence on

There are three new postings for available positions at PCCLD. We are looking for a Branch Manager for the Lamb Library, a full-time Security Supervisor, and a full-time Security Officer. Please see the Internal job posting link for qualifications and to apply.

Lori Kozel will be leaving PCCLD at the end of the month of November. Lori has been with the district for four years and has served as both the Technology Trainer Librarian and as Branch Manager at the Lamb library.

Thank you to all public services staff for your help tracking reference questions! The district logged a total of 610 reference transactions during the past week! This counting period has officially come to a close so you no longer need to enter transactions in DART. Thank you!
