New Mileage Rate in 2016

The new mileage reimbursement rate for 2016 will be .54 per mile.  The Travel Request-Expense Reimbursement form has been updated to reflect the new rate and is available on the Portal in the FINANCE forms.

Z Unknown Thief of library materials.

Patron has been reinstated. The patron has served the suspension term plus additional time. This reinstatement has occurred due to an inability to locate any further verifiable documentation or occurrences. Patron has been eligible for reinstatement since 12/12/2016.

Unknown thief - this person is suspended from all libraries for taking a movie disc from and case and leaving the Barkman Library.

Marvin Eugene Smith is Reinstated!!!

This person has been suspended from all libraries for Intoxication and Harassment of staff.

Marvin Eugene Smith DOB:10/12/1974

Smith's suspension has been updated and he is suspended as of 02/14/2019 for a period of 12 months for trespassing, impaired by alcohol, and creating a disturbance. Smith is eligible for reinstatement on 02/14/2020.


Marvin Eugene Smith was on Rawlings property in violation of his suspension and again was intoxicated on 05/15/2019.
