Jeffrey Espinoza has been suspended from all libraries for disruption and harassment

Patron has been reinstated. The patron has served the suspension term plus additional time. This reinstatement has occurred due to an inability to locate any further verifiable documentation or occurrences. Patron has been eligible for reinstatement since 09/01/2017.

Update - 9/2/2016 Mr. Nelan's suspension has been extended till 10/2/2016 due to numerous trespassing incidents.  At this time he is unaware, but he missed a reinstatement meeting.  Next step is a 1 year suspension for trespassing.
