We are pleased to announce that Sarah McDonnell has joined PCCLD as Greenhorn Valley Library Manager! Sarah comes to PCCLD from Lamar Public Library, where she served as Library Director. Sarah has worked in a variety of positions including as a librarian in Bellingham, Washington.

I know getting the windows painted is something we all look forward to during the summer. Due to this year's budget constraints, we will not be getting the windows painted this year. We are directing our funds to providing quality programs and prizes for patrons.

Summer Reading is 30 days away as of me writing this. Are you ready? Here are some important dates to keep on your calendar.

*May 17-19 - Reading Record test data is removed and the site goes live.
*May 20 - Safety Jam - one of our biggest summer sign-up events.

Parking Lot Construction / Repairs will be taking place at Pueblo West Library on Sun., May 7. Meeting room access will be prohibited as construction crews will be sealing the parking lot. We apologize for any inconvenience.
