With Collection HQ, that's how! January to April 2014 shows a 300 PERCENT increase in circulation of new materials, mostly in media, over the same period in 2013. Last year we got one circ from every two new media items we purchased. In other words, of the approximately 5000 new media items we bought, we got 2500 circs from those same items. In 2014, of the approximately 7000 new items, we got approximately 23,000 circs! That's turned around from 1 circ for every two items, to THREE circs for every ONE item. Our strategy of providing more of the content our customers want is working! Thanks for all the support to make it happen, displays, talking to customers, ideal collections, and so on.
