I'd like to ask the help of all the staff. If you happen to be by the gates when they go off, please, ask the person to go to the front desk. The best way to say it is something like "there is something wrong, and they can fix it for you at the front desk." If they run off or leave let staff know what time it happened. We appreciate the help, sometimes when we are helping a customer we can't yell for the person at the gate to come back.
