Please join in welcoming Jasel Cantu to PCCLD! Jasel joins PCCLD as the Special Collections and Genealogy Librarian. Jasel holds a Master's in Library Science degree and has a wealth of experience in archives, research, and community partnership outreach, including research and outreach relative to the Hispanic community. Jasel also served for six years as the Public Information Officer with the Nebraska Latino-American Commission where she worked closely with the Nebraska State Historical Society and produced Latino-themed cultural events and exhibits and recorded individual local stories for Nebraska's "NET" Stories Project.
