We have recently detected an increase in targeted phishing emails aimed at PCCLD. These emails entice users to supply personal data in order to steal the information or are used to open a pathway through which malware can be installed on the users machine.
Being able to identify phishing emails is an important preventative tool. Below is a link that describes them in greater detail and includes an example of how legitimate the emails can appear.
