Hello, PCCLD!
As you may recall, we periodically count reference transactions for a number of reports that we submit annually. Due to recent library closures and limited services, one of the surveys we report data to is specifically interested in the virtual reference services that we are currently providing.
For this reason, we have been asked to collect data about virtual reference at PCCLD for one month. Our counting period will begin on Monday, July 6th and will end on Friday, August 7th. I have created a new DART form for counting virtual reference questions and I ask that you add the link to your bookmarks for easy access.
DART form: https://dart.lrs.org/
Username: VirtualRef
Password: PCCLD
(Special Collections will continue to use the SCMS DART Form)
Please let me know if you have any questions!
