Good afternoon,
We've been very busy with Summer Reading programs and registrations for the past three weeks and all our hard work is paying off!
As of 2 p.m. today, the report showed a total of 1,234 adult registrations! With this being only the third week of Summer Reading, we have the potential to reach our goal of 1,788 adult registrations! Here is a report of where each library stands in the challenge:
Remember, our goal is a 10 percent increase over last year but it would be great to exceed that. Community Relations will host one party for the library with the highest percent increase of registrations over last year. If Rawlings is the winner, CR will treat all public services departments.
Don’t forget - everyone that registers gets a $5 coupon to Books Again bookstore just for signing up (staff included). Please let people know about the amazing things the district has planned for the summer and get them registered!
With seven weeks left to go, there is still time to strive for and reach our goal! Fantastic job everyone! Who is ready for their party and bragging rights!?
