Dear colleagues, I'm excited to announce the Adult Summer Reading Registration Challenge! Last year, we had exactly 500 adult registrations. This year, we're shooting for a 20 percent increase, but would love to exceed that. Can we do this together? Community relations will host two pizza parties; one for the library with the highest percent increase of registrations over last year and one for the new library with the highest overall registration. If Rawlings is the winner, we'll treat all public service departments (that's a lot of pizza!). You can see from the chart how many registrations there were at each location last year, and what a 20 percent increase is. Let's get our adults reading this summer! Everyone gets a $5 coupon to books again just for registering (staff included). There's also an incredible line up of programming that a team from throughout the district has put together!
