Just so you know, a fellow co-worker, Jessica Archuletta wanted to give praise to all our hard working staff who put on the wonderful programs we offer throughout the district.
This is what she had to say, and I couldn't agree with her more:
"Hello fellow PCCLD employees! I would just like to take a few minutes to recognize the wonderful programs PCCLD offers to our community. Sunday I attended the Dia de los muertos program. It was great! My older son and I enjoyed some quality time decorating sugar skulls pre made by Natalie Gallegos. I want to thank Maria Smyer for doing such an awesome job planning the event and Natalie for her hard work and volunteering her time. As well as any others who helped out in making the event possible. I was able to participate and observe from the public aspect and it was great to see so many people of all ages enjoying and taking part in the event. I also heard rave reviews about Youth Services haunted house on Saturday. It’s not often I visit the library on my free time but I will definitely make it a point to keep an eye out for other events to come as I’m sure they are equally as great"!
